That he’s Halfblood doesn’t means anything. Tom Riddle aka Lord Voldemort, Severus Snape aka The Half Blood Prince and Dolores Umbirdge aka B!tch were in Slytherin and Half Bloods (even if Umbridge should have been in Azkaban)

Okay can I bring up if he was Andromeda's son he would be an Slytherin

But he would never be Andromeda's son and that doesn't make sense

Andromeda's daughter was NOT in Slytherin, she was in Hufflepuff.

And? Severus Snape was a half-blood and he was sorted into Slytherin. Millicent Bulstrode is also a half-blood (yes, she really is a half-blood. No, she's not a pure-blood despite what many people think) and she was also sorted into Slytherin. Tom Riddle was a half-blood as well, and so was Umbridge.

Also, I think there have been muggle-borns in Slytherins, but they might have been very, very, very rare. Kinda like trying to find the needle in the haystack.

Half bloods can also get in Slytherin.
