all of tue characters are watery and not as good in the books, like Ron came off as more useless and mean, and ginny was rarely seen as anything past Harry's love interest. the werewolves are way more scary and look nothing like werewolves. Snape is less mean and more sarcastic (love you Alan but Snape was much meaner than that). and also they skipped Harry's party at Grimauld place! If would have been great for the movie, since sirius doesn't get very much screentime, and it would have shown a more playful side to him instead of being some mysterious uncle.
