Riddle #1 (answered):
Unlike those prior,
I required what most didn't possess.
I offered the end, a burning blue,
a step back or path through black.
What am I?
Riddle #2 (answered):
We can be both truth and insult,
but have also been a false assumption.
We cannot be given what we never had,
And have caused one to be amused.
Who are we?
Hints: This was in the MS.
The 'one' in line 4 is male.
Riddle #3 (answered):
Inspired by the love of one,
I later helped unite two.
I became a reality after an unlikely interaction,
And along with farewell gave a musical end.
What am I?
Hints: This wasn't in the main series, Pottermore, video games, or Tales of Beedle the Bard. It was in the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them movie, but not all of the lines come from the first film. This isn't sentient or magical.
In line two, at least one of the two are magical.
The unlikely interaction was between two male, human characters.
I wouldn't expect people to know about the musical end, but it relates to the end of the movie.
Riddle #4 (answered):
I opened a door to something new,
bringing heads together.
I contain a value of great power,
though that was once modified
to add a few more hours.
Some believe me to be one’s means of escape,
and I was predicted within myself.
What am I?
Hints: This is not a repeat riddle. It isn't in the MS, but part of the riddle comes from the MS. It's not magical or sentient, but it can be tangible. This is something from the real world. I'd expect everyone here to know what this is.
In line 3, the value of great power is something you'll see a lot in the Potterverse.
The answer was the first part of the 'something new.'
Riddle #5 (answered):
Though we only have only as many
as some of us use to move,
fear once added nine.
Though, known for death,
breath, bite, and bane,
we’ve been joked about being favorites.
What are we?
Hints: This was in the MS. This could be considered a group. The answer isn't a species.
One part of this group moves in a very interesting way, which relates to why I placed this riddle here. The 'some of us' aren't human.
By adding nine, someone was exaggerating something based on their own beliefs.
The answer is known for death. Breath, bite, and bane refer to some reasons they're known for it.
The one to whom the answer would be 'favorites' is male.
