Not really. We’ve never seen the Room of Requirement create fantasies in the way that the holodeck does. The Room can’t create living creatures, and holograms don’t exist in Harry Potter, so there is no equivalent of the holographic characters that appear in the holodeck. The Room of Requirement also always appears as a room, while the holodeck can appear as any environment. And the holodeck can’t read the users mind to create exactly what they need like the Room of Requirement can. The holodeck only shows what it is programmed to show.

The holodeck makes it seem like you're walking endlessly by forcing perspective and warping the hologram around you. The Room of Requirement can literally be bigger on the inside because it's magic.
