Wouldn't it be cool if a wizard/witch enchanted a muggle to have magic? It would be kind of like Turtle enchanting his sister Anemone to be an animus in Wings of Fire. (Idk if you all read Wings of Fire tho.)
I don't think that's possible, unfortunately (nothing can be done for even Squibs). It would be really cool if that could happen, though!
