This is a good question. I'm not really sure. I think Snape's dislike of Harry was a combination of him looking so much like James, as well as a reminder if Lily ending up with James and not him. A daughter would still represent Lily being with James, and there would likely still be a bitterness there for Snape, but I could see this hypothetical daughter not receiving quite the level of hatred Harry got. I even feel there's a possibility that a resemblance to Lily could very well be enough for Snape to treat her fairly well. I'm going to guess however, it would be a little in between - not treated with favoritism, but also not in the way Harry was treated (for the poll, I chose the "favoritism" option, as I think that, of the two options, Snape's treatment of her would be closer to that than to the way Harry was treated)
