What does a horcrux do to someone’s soul in the afterlife?
Is it possible that wands can have attitudes or just straight up personalities?
Why is Rowan not a romanceable character? (remember that warning)
What is the specific species of eagle on ravenclaw?
I’ve seen a video of someone choosing Ismelda as their celestial ball date, but a search shows me the only female romanceable characters are penny, tulip, and merula, is it possible to actually date her?
Are animals that are turned into objects still alive and conscious and able to feel everything?

A Horcrux user's soul will be split into multiple smaller hominoids and be stuck in limbo forever. I guess that means s/he won't be able to enter the afterlife, though the book doesn't explain what what what would have happened if Harry had picked Voldemort's baby-sized soul fragment up and "boarded a train" with him.

For number 7, we know that at least the Lilin exist in the wizarding world, and unless their cosmology is radically different than ours, Adam's children should also exist.
