Life is lifeier then death, life is a good thing, death is deathier then life, but being death-y is a bad thing therefore life is better, kissing umbridge would not kill me and you never specified what kind it was be it a small peck or on the lips for at least 1 second, but a dementor? You die, therefore umbridge is my option
