Yes, I agree with this. While she won't do this for everyone - Bill got a mother to really care for him, Ron got it worse - it will slightly decrease depending on when you were born and how old are you

I'd say the Potters, because of the sacrifice they made for Harry.

The Potters gave up their lives so that their son could live. I'm not sure what more you can ask for in a parent.

I don’t think she was a bad parent, by any means. Raising seven kids is not an easy task. Especially when two of them are Fred and George.

Do we even know what the potters were like?

We know that they were both completely willing to sacrifice themselves for their son and did so without a second thought. They did all they could to protect him- Lily’s love for Harry helped with that even after her death. They also played with him and were happy together. We may not know as much about the Potters as we do the Weasleys, but that’s more than enough to see how Lily and James were like as parents
