Riddle:
One might expect to find me on the earth,
yet I have been known to be up in the air.
I was once completely soaked with water,
even though its source came from fire.
What am I?
Hints: The answer was in the Main Series. The entire riddle is based on the MS. The first two lines came from the first half, lines 3 and 4 came from the second half.
The answer is an object. It has a rather specific name. The answer can be magical, but it is non-magical more often than it is magical. It can be found outside the wizarding world. The answer cannot be found in mythology, but things similar to the answer can be.
The answer can more often be found on the earth than in the air.
The person who mentioned the information in line 2 is male. They are a Ministry official.
Line 3 was a result of weather. The water is literal. The water wasn't created by magic, but I think you could say that it came from a magical place.
The fire was in the MS. It is a literal fire. The fire wasn't created by magic, but it was certainly influenced by magic.
The source in line 4 is a human wizard. He first appeared in the first half of the Main Series. He has visited Hogwarts in the MS. He was a Ministry official.
