Theory about Mrs. Norris

So, my theory about Mrs. Norris the cat, is that she was once a witch, but turned into a cat because of being punished for something. I believe she is Filch's wife because if you do recall he was dancing with her at the yule ball...and her name is MRS. Norris.

Do any of you believe this theory?

Oh and, when Filch got that Kwikspell letter we know he wanted to learn magic, but what if he actually wanted to turn her back into a human?

I think it’s more likely that Filch is just a weird cat person, and Mrs. Norris has some Kneazle blood like Crookshanks.

From a little digging JK has suggested Mrs Norris is just a normal (and unpleasant) cat.
