There is a theory that three characters, Voldemort, Snape, and Harry each represent the three brothers from the story in The Tales of Beedle the Bard.

Voldemort is Antioch as both people craved power and died on their quest to become powerful.

Snape is Cadmus as both desperately wanted their dead loved ones back and died for love.

Harry is Ignotus as they both greeted death like an old friend. Ignotus is also Harry's ancestor.

But who is death? A lot of people say it is Dumbledore not only because he had all three Deathly Hallows but he was the person Harry first met after he died in the forbidden forest.
