Whom does everyone believe to be the most criminally underrated character in the whole Harry Potter mythos?
My choice is Fleur Delacour.
We hardly know anything about her, ranging from her family ancestry on both her mother's and father's respective sides of the family apart from her being part-Veela, her own likes, dislikes, hobbies, favorite foods and pastimes, etc.
I believe that she should be at least descended from at least some Viking wizards who first came to France years ago during the Viking invasion of some European countries and she would have at least one ancestor on either side of her family that served in the French Foreign Legion before being honorably discharged.
We don't even know what kind of professions her parents have in wizarding France, whether her father works in the French Ministry or perhaps her mother might be a fashion designer in France.
And Fleur deserves to have at least one best friend (aka bestie or BFF) who stood by her side every day at school about her being part-Veela and trying to shoo away all of the jealous girls who could have also served as her maid of honor at her wedding to Bill.
I also believe that she should have a favorite fairytale, which I can see being Beauty and the Beast.
As for her family, I have some names for whichever relatives that we never given:
Father . . . Anatole
Paternal grandfather . . . Étienne
Maternal grandfather . . . Raoul
