Who doesn't like Cedric Diggory? He is too overrated and although he didn't deserve to die there wasn't much he contributed to the films or books. Hate me if you want, but I'm just putting it out there.

He is like, the one Hufflepuff people have actually heard of
Yeah i definitely get what you’re saying and i’d say i sort of agree. He honestly doesn’t contribution much since we only ever see him in goblet of fire, and even then him as a character and his death just didn’t have the impact on me then maybe it was supposed to. Although, at least we finally get to see a Hufflepuff of at least some importance since obviously Hufflepuff is one of the less known and less “important” houses (NO OFFENSE HUFFLEPUFFS i’m just saying that’s how it appears to me as Rowling wrote it). I do wish that Hufflepuff had a bigger role in the series just generally speaking also.
I am fairly indifferent towards his character.
He is my second favorite character. I cried when he died and he had so much potential. He can't be overrated bc he is the most underrated. I mean come on I'm a gryffinpuff hatstall and my second house gets like zero love.
I pretty much agree; he was a good, kind character, but not really highlighted enough for me. And I agree that it would have been nice to see Hufflepuff have a bigger role.
That pretty much sums him for me.
Cedric is my least favorite character and i always get yelled at for "hating" him
What do you think?
