Probably dementors kiss cause then you die a quick death. Being tortured into the cruciatus curse like Neville's parents is a fate worse than death imo.

I'd actually choose being tortured to insanity with Crucio because without a soul, I would no longer be able to move on to the afterlife OR be reborn!
