I'd actually choose being tortured to insanity with Crucio because without a soul, I would no longer be able to move on to the afterlife OR be reborn!

@Stormshock the animus ElectricWing unfortunately no, you cannot use the Patronus Charm as in Azkaban your wand is automatically stripped from you during your stay. You also cannot Apparate in or out due to (1) not having your wand with you (yes, a wand is indeed vital for the ability to Apparate), and (2) the Anti-Apparition Charm and Anti-Disapparition jinx cast on there.
