I'd actually argue that Sunny should be in either Slytherin or Ravenclaw. On the Slytherin side is her greater ruthlessness than her siblings, she's the one to suggest pushing Olaf overboard at the start of The End. And also her ambitions toward being a chef, which we know she carried at least far enough to get interviewed on the radio.

On the Ravenclaw side is her incredible intelligence. It's often overlooked next to Violet and Klaus, but remember, she's only a baby and she's able to engage with the situations on the same level as them. And her cooking skills are immense, she's really a Mozart level child prodigy.
