Dakota gets thrown back by the blast and hits the wall hard.

Dakota uses his remaining arm to reset his Jaw.

“On the one hand I still have, ouch. On the hand on the other side of the room, you didn’t break all of my ribs. You get an F.”

"Then you aren't doing it right." She sighed, "What's your shade?"

Prof. Eldrud's suspicions were confirmed, and as he heard the incantation, something from his Unforgivable days kicked in. Though he wasn't able to prevent the spell from hitting its mark, he could sure as hell deal with the aftermath. Everything happened in very quick succession, something unusual for someone with a nigh unusable leg.

With a swift movement of his wand, he cast Incarcerous at Genevieve. He'd deal with her later. Casting Reparo to fix the wall, he moved over to where Dakota was. He was, unsurprisingly, pretty beat up, but he knew good people who had a lot worse from a direct impact of Bombarda.

"Are you alright, Mr. Colt? We should get you to the Hospital Wing. Now."

"I'd say that removing a foot and hand is better than ribs anyways. I think I did quite well for my first time with the Exploding Charm." Gen flipped her wand in her hand and smiled to herself. As she was hit with the ropes, she squeaked in shock. "Oh come on it wasn't even that bad! For me! Which is all I care about, really!"

“I’ve had worse. If you’d be so kind as to pass me my appendages? It’ll be a lot quicker to reattach them than to regrow them completely.”

"That's... truly vile, but if you're sure. Accio arm and foot!" Summoning the appendages, Prof. Eldrud quickly handed them over.

"Of what?" Serenity blinked

Haven took a small peek at the bloodshed and loomed away quickly, holding back a sob

Miguel flushed, putting a hand over his mouth. "How horrible..."

“Thank you.” Dakota puts his limbs back in to place and his healing talent almost immediately got to work reattaching them. Bone fragments melded together and flesh and muscle regrew until both appendages were completely functional again. “The worst part about my talent is that the clothes don’t grow back too.”

"I knew good people who would've happily had a power like yours. Especially in a sitaution like that. Do be grateful." Getting back to his feet, Prof. Eldrud summon his cane and moved quickly over to where Genevieve was. Cutting the ropes with a severing charm, he looked down at her with nothing but hate.

"Get out." His voice was unsettlingly calm.

"Foundation. And concealer." Chaos sighed, she was beginning to lose hope. How could a veela know so little about beauty?
