Umbridge is considered so evil because she’s more real than Voldemort. She’s a nasty-a** teacher who’s arrogant and hates everything, especially children, and reeks of entitled Karen. I mean we’ve all probably met people like that and that makes her eviler because it sucks to talk to those kinds of people irl
