If they are both squibs then their parents were wizards or at least on of them was so they both have the magical gene but it was dormant so the child has two magical genes but they were recessive and if you add them it would make one magical wizard by genes at least soooo halfblood?

No they are not full blooded there parents have no magic and where not wizard/witch

But squibs have magical blood, meaning their child would be full blooded. It’s like being a carrier of a gene without presenting a genetic marker
