Played more HL last night, and I did a whole lot to be honest.
Slytherin - Part 5
Since I had never finished my Herbology class before, I did that very quickly and I had actually even sorta argued with Leander Prewett and was kinda rude to Prof. Garlick.
Then I did Prof. Hecat's new assignment by using Floo Powder to go super north to complete the required tasks. While out there, I had found a giant dragon skeleton and abandoned dragon cave that I don't remember seeing before.
Maybe I did see it before, but I don't actually remember.
Then I had found just what I had been searching for for a very long time: a home away from home. Hogwarts may be the real home, but as I've said in a previous HL post, I want a place to Floo Powder myself to when I don't feel like doing game tasks and whatnot. The town was called Pitt-Upon-Ford if any of you have traveled that far.
Then I had Ryder go back to the DADA classroom and he talked to Prof. Hecat and learned a bit about her past. Stuff like why she looks so much older than Prof. Black even though they went to school together.
Then she later taught me Expelliarmus after a DADA class, and then my very first Potions class came. I sorta kinda played a real sneaky Slytherin card when I refused to help Garreth Weasley get that feather he wanted but then I took it anyway from Prof. Sharpe's office.
Suddenly, Ryder had got a strange note from the house elf, Scrope. So I went around collecting the notes like how the one girl in Five Feet Apart went around collecting the balloons that led to her birthday party (movie reference for anyone who knows that movie). Besides, I was actually thinking of that film while getting all the notes from Scrope.
Low-key though I was kinda annoyed so I decided that Ryder will be only tolerate Scrope the house elf. After all, he's more on the bad side of Slytherins and we know from the OG series that he wouldn't really treat them all that well.....so yeah......
Besides, trying to get into that cave Scrope told me to go to was a freaking NIGHTMARE. I swim so slowly in this game and those swamp monsters kept killing Ryder. As annoying as that was though, the dramatic way Ryder would fall when a monster killed him was kinda funny to watch......so yeah....
Finally reaching the cave, and meeting Richard Jackdaw, I learned that I of course went in there for absolutely no reason.
But on the subject of Richard Jackdaw, I feel SO BAD for the guy....the poor guy. 😭
Lastly, after going back to Scrope I went off to the Forbidden Forest to go with Jackdaw to the cave where he was before he died and became a ghost.
So like the Loyalists show up and try to fight me, right?
I was not going to stand a chance in that kind of combat, having come across them before on my previous travels, so I just tricked them into wandering up the path from where I had come from. Since they were now gone, I had Ryder go on back to the cave to enter just to learn that I am forced to fight the Loyalists.
But it was late, so I just got off the game.

So much happened, and I had taken a screenshot of Ryder O'Connell in his most recent look from being 'The Prince of the Night' and all, as mentioned in previous HL posts.
Near the castle, I wear a Hogwarts cloak over the outfit to keep his secret identity secret from people there, but away he safe from that.
Anyways, the usual two pings:
Also, if anybody wants to be pinged for later HL game story posts, just ask.
