Anyway . . .
I believe Draco Malfoy is this misunderstood innocent boy who is misused by his parents. I also believe that throughout the series, Draco is under an immense pressure to prove himself worthy of literally anything. He puts a lot of effort in trying to impress anyone who should notice, as if his father were there watching him 24/7. He is also a frightened boy who is scared for himself and his parents. Voldemort basically controlled his parents with fear and his parents control him, so yeah. Draco is "mean", and "evil" because of his parents. Voldemort was a major threat to him, and he was too scared to even reject anything Voldemort requested. But deep down, I know he's a good kid. I know Draco didn't really hate Harry. He was just jealous and didn't know how to handle it.
