I have no idea why people think that Harry had anything Aproaching a crush on Draco when he was bassically crushing on Cedric all through GOF

Kinda, they both had a small mutual crush, but didn't really know what it meant. Kinda like how Sirius acts about Remus in the first few chapters of Only the Brave

Apart from the obvious fact that they’re both straight, they both didn’t like each-other. Draco wasn’t mean to Harry because he had a crush on him. He was mean to him because he was mean to everyone, and he was jealous that people liked Harry more than him, when he was taught that people should have liked him because of his wealth and blood status.

JKR mentions that Harry and Draco were never going to be even best friends when she discussed the way Draco is frequently romanticised
