Tom has always loved HP, so this does not surprise me in the slightest. He finally hit the age of the character and so him in Cursed Child was inevitable.

@Rosie. Geee iirc Tom is the only person who definitely enjoys the HP franchise and his acting work career, unlike the trio actors.
I think the trio are proud of the work that they did and are still grateful for everything the franchise has done for them.
