If he hadn't been a jerk and held Harry up, Harry could've warned Dumbledore in time and they could've gotten back to Mr. Crouch and Viktor Krum in time.

I know Voldemort needed to be brought back so the story could go on, but still, Snape was revolting when Harry needed to speak Dumbledore.

It makes me wish Harry threatened to curse him if Snape was gonna continue to be a jerk ... and also, after Voldemort's return and Barty Crouch Jr.'s exposure for Harry to try and curse Snape again and blame him for Voldemort's return, Mr. Crouch's disappearance, Cedric's death and Krum getting stunned.

Why couldn't it be McGonagall, Sprout, Flitwick or anyone whose name isn't Severusn Snape. whom Harry could've met outside Dumbledore's office and he tries to explain to them in a panting way about Crouch on the grounds and they would go tell Dumbledore and then fetch him to bring him to Harry and then Harry takes him to where Crouch and Krum would be, and then the rest of the story goes the way it happened in the book.

The difference is it is Snape's fault with how it was written in the book while with a teacher who isn't him, it wouldn't be their fault at all or anyone else's, only because Harry panted to tell what happened and the different staff member would go inform Dumbledore who would come down and accompajy Harry.
