Alright, on this wiki, I will use my AI images for my OCs- but not on any wiki where it might be a punishable offence. Wouldn't want to risk getting into unnecessary trouble, after all! Besides, I do have a few very good-looking OCs that I made without the use of AI that I can have fun roleplaying as on other wikis, thank Merlin!

When I create my own characters for anything, I draw them on paper first and then get the best/most accurate AI version pic I can get to use for stuff on my computer and other electronics.

There is a rule on the Thomas the Tank Engine wiki about not using AI (if you post something with AI, you are indefinitely blocked on that wiki.) I don't think there's a FANDOM-wide rule against AI, and what's allowed depends on individual wikis.
