Woulda loved a short story about the Marauders.

Policemen PC Anderson and Sergeant Fisher are chasing a motorbike which is breaking the speed limit into a dead-end alley. They confront the two youths riding the bike, who introduce themselves as Sirius Black and James Potter. As the policemen attempt to arrest them for speeding and riding without helmets, three men on broomsticks fly down the alley towards them. James and Sirius use their wands to lift the police car up to form a barrier, and the broomstick riders crash into it. Sirius and James then leave the frightened policemen in the alley.

So the Marauder's Fandom is sort of its own niche, separate from the Harry Potter Fandom.

A lot of the characters in the Marauders' Fandom are headcanoned as queer as a sort of "rebellion" against JKR. Some pretty popular ships are Wolfstar, Jegulus, Jily, Dorlene, and Rosekiller.

The Marauder's Fandom includes a ton of characters, in particular, James Potter, Remus Lupin, Sirius Black, & Peter Pettigrew. ie, The Marauders. Some other groups that are popular in the Fandom are The Valkeries (Mary Macdonald, Marlene McKinnon, Dorcas Meadows, and Lily Evans) and The Slytherin Skittles (Regulus Black, Barty Crouch Jr, Evan Rosier, Pandora Lovegood/Lestrange/Rosier, and Dorcas Meadows (again))

I don't know what's the most popular. But a few fics I do recommend are Pathological People Pleaser, Crimson Rivers, Art Heist Baby!, Sweater Weather and Vaincre, and Choices.

I'm currently reading Meetings That Start in the Dark, Clandestine, and Vaincre.

All The Young Dudes by Mskingbean89 was probably the catalyst for the current rise of Marauders Fandom content. It got extremely popular and got a bunch of people interested in the Fandom.
