Ok, so Hogwarts students aren't allowed to use magic outside school, but if for example I am a pure-blood, I can use magic because I'm in a magical house.

But it's SO UNFAIR to poor muggle-borns that can't use them.

My point is that the rule is quite dumb-ledore.

Why can pure-bloods or half-blood living in a magical household use magic without being caught, but if Harry just defends himself from someone that wanted his soul or for throwing a cake at someone, gets reported from the ministry.

Quite weird...
