Because of Snape holding Harry up when he went to fetch Dumbledore, it was too late when Harry returned with Dumbledore to where Mr. Crouch had turned up, he had gone and Viktor Krum was passed out.
Why didn't Harry also threaten to curse Snape in the exact scene where Crouch turned up before Dumbledore accompanied Harry to where Crouch came? And why didn't Harry complain to Dumbledore about Snape's dirty behaviour when Harry needed to see Dumbledore? But also before Harry left with Dumbledore, Harry should've given Snape a "hmph" and said "If I wanna speak to Dumbledore, I will!" and Dumbledore says "Yes, Severus. Do not do this again or I will hear about it, and so will Minerva!"
Which is why I feel that after Crouch Jr. was exposed, Harry should've said to Snape "Who talks rubbish, Snape? YOU! And look what you did! Because of you, Voldemort is back!"
And Harry begins to angrily try to jinx him and launch spells from his wand, but Dumbledore and McGonagall assure him that Snape is gonna face consequences to which Harry savagely smiles.
