When I saw the first movie for the first time, I only watched up to the breakfast scene with the trio just after the encounter with the troll.
I didn’t watch the rest again for a bit, then I saw a trailer of the movie in the ads of a video cassette of Scooby-Doo and the Cyber Chase and then came this moment where I see Hermione casting a spell on someone and in my mind it seemed to be Dudley, and if it was, it would’ve been great to see Hermione casting a spell on him in retaliation for bullying Harry.
But later on after watching the rest of the movie and watching it again many more times, I eventually realised that it was actually Neville.
