I loved it, except for one thing. THE PLOT HOLES. A lot of stuff in the book/play shouldn’t be canon, yet JK DECLARES IT CANON?!
WHY?! This is more of an AU than canon!
But I still enjoy the storyline and new characters.

I read it. Harry wasnt a bad father to me.
"There are times when I wish you weren't my son" is not something a good father would say
OH-
Hermione Granger in The Cursed Child is... Literally Lady Snape. Bitter, cold and cynical, and she also bullies her students like Snape.Wait, I don't remember Hermione bullying any student... darn... doesn't sound like her at all...
Harry is the worst father everI liked how he comforted Albus when he was worried about being in Slytherin...
"There are times when I wish you weren't my son" is not something a good father would sayI suppose that was a very cold thing of Harry to say...
Wait, I don't remember Hermione bullying any student... darn... doesn't sound like her at all...That's just her in Cursed Child, it's not Canon, she wouldn't do this in the original seven books.

There’s no mystery as to why she called it canon. People were more likely to buy “the official eighth Harry Potter book” than they were to buy the script for a non-canon tie-in play. Its all about marketing.
I just wish she wrote CC herself- all the characters would most likely act more like themselves if she was the actual author of that book.
Yeah, I agree
What do you think?
