Wikis on fandom don’t really have an “owner”- the closest thing would be the bureaucrats, who have the highest powers. Next are the admins (like me, though I only manage the discussions). The founder of this wiki (Vostok) hasn’t been around since 2007. I’m glad you like the wiki!
