Imagine he still lived between the 1940s or 1970s... and Tommy R killed him to be the only being in this planet to have horcruxes...It is said he killed a muggle tramp to turn Slytherin's locket into a horcrux...Imagine the tramp wasn't muggle, and it was Herpo...
The man was very famous...He even had a chocolate frog! Something that Dumbledore was quite proud of...
