Amortentia

I'm not sure exactly what I would smell but definitely old spice body wash I love the smells. Also freshly baked garlic bread. I am really not sure what else.

1. Can spells be parried with weapons such as bats, swords, etc?

Slughorn showed his class a range of interesting potions to pique their interest in potion-making, one of which was a powerful love potion called Amortentia. When each student smelled the potion reminded them of their obsessions Hermione smelled Ron's hair in the potion showing that she developed feelings for Ron in some time, being reminded of his hair was one of the hints

Can someone help,what can remove the effects of amorentia? I'll need this information for roleplay

What do you think you would smell in an amortentia?

I would probably smell: the day after it was raining, grass, a bread that was just baked, and vanilla. I just love this smells

Personally, mine would be the smell of fresh books, lavender, and quidditch brooms!

This is kind of a strange question, but I was just wondering what effect Amortentia would have on Voldemort.

I know Voldy can't love, but Amortentia doesn't create actual love, so would the effect be the same? Would he actually ‘love’ the person? And what does Voldy smell in Amortentia, if he doesn't love anything? Just a thought...

I was just wondering if a person couldn’t smell anything when told to smell the love potion. What would that mean? What does everyone think?
