Lord Voldemort had ALL of his Horcruxes in tact (he WORE the Gaunt family Ring, Salazar Slytherin’s locket, and the Lost Diadem of Rowena Ravenclaw) and ended Harry Potter for good during the Final Battle of Hogwarts, conquered the entire Wizarding world, mastered the Elder Wand, and became permanent Minister for Magic.
Voldemort’s daughter Delphini was made permanent Head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement, with Bellatrix Lestrange as the Deputy Head.
2nd Darkest wizard of all time Gellert Grindelwald—NOT murdered by Voldemort, was appointed permanent Headmaster of Hogwarts, with Dolores Umbridge as the Deputy Headmistress (Minerva McGonagall was also defeated during the Second Wizarding War).

I have a feeling I know why the Ministry is designed the way it is. If the Ministry were above ground, then Level 8 would be the ground floor, and Level 1 would be Level 7. That's right, the Minister's Office would be SEVEN (7) floors above the entrance. It all comes down to the number 7.
So, after going over how Hermione said Harry's..."hearing" was unfair, I found my mind drifting to near the end of the First Wizarding War and how Millicent Bagnold and Barty Crouch Senior shoved people into Azkaban without a trial whether or not they were Death Eaters (as was the case with Sirius). That had me wondering if technically speaking Sirius's rights were violated. If not, humor me and tell me why
I HATE FUDGE (no offense present day MoM) because he had no proof that Voldy wasn’t back but Dumbledore did. he haddd basically everyone in the castle except for Slytherins and most of the teachers as well so I don’t understand why he went against that because Dumbledore had more proof than anyone. Fudge is an absolute coward for doing this and taking dumbledore out of hogwarts and so many other things if you disagree it is completely fine but in my opinion Fudge is a coward.
Oh just to say I love the present day ministry just not so much the past
