Just heard a new (to me..) HeadCanon that I don't hate..
The reason Lupin happens to carry chocolate all the time is not in case of Dementor attacks.. but because he found out that Chocolate is poison for dogs and hopes it hurts the werewolf part of himself.
I know, I know... Completely different books written by completely different authors of completely different times. And I'm not making this thread over the recent movie, I always thought of this for a long while.
With the kind of character Willy Wonka is portrayed in his books, I can imagine Wonka bars and his other products would be shelf-fillers in Honeydukes, Sugarplum and other sweet shops in the Wizarding World. I just think they wouldn't be that out of place and sorta make some sense if you think about it.
Or maybe just me who has this train of thought. On rare occasions I go on a Harry Potter snack binge (chocolate frogs, every flavour beans, gummy snakes (I pretend they're jelly slugs)) and Wonka bars seem a fitting addition to the pile.
The only downside I imagine would be the International Magical Trading Standards Body regulates marketed products exclusive to the wizarding world and not permit muggle business or products to the point something as common as a rubber duck is a foreign concept to them. That means products like Cadburys or Nestlé would not be allowed on in wizarding markets. Even if Willy Wonka, as a muggle, is granted awareness and privileges from the Ministry of Magic to sell his products in the Wizarding market, pure-bloods would still object and oppose muggle-made products on sweet shop shelves.
Canon: After The Wizarding War, Neville becomes Herbology Teacher. Theory: He doesn't want any students to become Overstimulated, so he takes lots of breaks and gives students Chocolate every 10 minutes. He goes to St. Mungos to turn The Closed Ward into a Place of Healing, and not a place to just put the patients. as he's walking the ward, he hears a Woman's Voice he hasn't heard since he was 1. "Neville?"
After writing this I started crying.

I just realized that Sirius was never able to fully get over a Dementor's effects of cold and fear.
He can't eat chocolate. It's poisonous to dogs :(
