Dementor's Kiss

Here I was watching a video on YouTube about HP that explained that Dementors such away your soul and left is little fraction inside you of your own soul. This means a large part of your soul now resides inside a dementor and the remaining part inside your mortal body. Also we know Dementors do not eject or die so the part must remain there. They also do not kill but leaves a person in a horribly shattered state.

All of this seemed familiar to what a Horcrux does. Retaining a part of your soul and the other part inside your body. My question comes down to if someone could use Dementors in this way as a Horcrux. If it is possible, we would not have to commit murder to make a Horcrux. What are your thoughts about it?

Dementors are just regular pepole that get kissed by dementors and live without thier soul for long enough that they want to suck other's happiness and souls

So in book 5 obviously harry and Dudley were attacked and harry cast the patrons charm, and ended up breaking the law, which I understand. But can they contest it because the dementors were not threatening their lives, just their souls , and it is mentioned that victims continue living. Is it okay because he was defending a muggle? Please help

What if Dementors kiss Voldemort's horcruxes? Like kissing the Hufflepuff cup or Ravenclaw Diadem? Will that destroy them?

A dementor sucks your soul out and leaves you with an empty body you can't move or talk. Does anyone else find that scary? Losing your soul should be the worst thing possible in the wizarding world. I'd be terrified of running into a Dementor knowing they can suck your souls and leave you immobile for eternity. The kiss really is a fate worse than death.

So there's been a lot of thoughts abt boggarts and I had a question. If a boggart turned into a dementor, would that boggart be able to suck out your soul? And on another note, if someone was facing a boggart in a room full of people, and everyone but the person laughed, would the boggart be gone? They are so confusing lol. And if it turned into an obscural, would it leech onto you like a real one? Would boggarts be able to kill you?

Like they’re amortal, but what if you like stick them in a box where they have no one’s emotions to feed of.

Bellatrix Lestrange is obviously one of the craziest characters in Harry Potter, but then again obviously Voldemort is too, because he's Voldemort. But there's also Umbridge. I know some people who think that Bellatrix and her buds are way worse than Umbridge because they actually torture people, but may I remind you that Umbridge commanded a Dementor attack on Harry? For like no reason? And if Harry was guilty, he would've been Dementor's kissed? Seems pretty crazy to me.

Who do you think the craziest Harry Potter character is? I myself have it narrowed down to two options: one is a sadistic witch who hates Harry Potter and the other is Bellatrix Lestrange.

Who can come up with the worst fate ever for Umbridge (I'm choosing her because everyone hates her)? I think I can! Try to beat me in the comments.

Here's mine: Umbridge should be kissed by a dementor, her soul sent to limbo where Voldemort's soul attacks her, then she's resurrected as a frog, stepped on by Dudley, eaten by a fox, and her soul goes back to limbo where she is sent to the Deathly Hallows bodiless, and forced to die over and over and over until she finally goes to heck. There. Beat that.

So, as we all know, Voldemort accidentally put part of his soul in Harry. If Harry got the Dementor's kiss, what would happen? Would it suck Harry and Voldemort's soul out? Would it only suck Harry's out? And if it only sucked Harry's out, what would happen? Would Voldemort completely take control of Harry's body?
