Just another reminder, nothing that happened in the last chapter (the April Fools special) will be effecting the storyline. So on that note, Sirius is NOT blond I’m sorry XD

I would also like to add that I’m not SUPER educated on the Wizarding beliefs with Father Christmas (Santa, Santa Claus, St. Nick, ect) so please forgive me if I got it wrong or if anything I wrote seemed offensive! Also if you believe in Santa... This may not be the chapter for you-

((For context: Remus, Marlene, Dorcas, and Logan are in front of the fire talking; James, Mary, Conner, and Tonks were all making cookies; and Lily, Peter, Sirius, and Jade were wrapping the presents they got for the others along with the kid’s presents))

James grabbed a bowl that Mary had handed him to put the cookie mix in as he looked over to the kids. “Alright guys, you ready to mix it all up?” He asked them.

Tonks, as she demanded they called her, ran over with the chocolate chips while Conner grabbed the 4 eggs and the milk. Tonks smiled. “Can I mix it James? Pleeeeeeese!” Tonks asked.

“No fair, I wanna do that!” Conner said, throwing a small fit.

The two started fighting over who would get to do it when Mary came over with another bowl of cookie mix. “We have two batches of cookies we need to make guys, calm down! Tonks, you can mix the one James has, and Conner you can mix this one. Does that sound like a plan?” Mary asked.

“Yeah!” They both yelled as they took the two bowls from each of the two older one and started mixing everything in.

James laughed and looked over to Mary. “Man, having younger siblings or kids seems hard!”

“Well, not sure how having kids of your own must feel, but siblings sure can be a struggle.” She also laughed.

James and Mary talked for awhile as the kids mixed their dough and waited for the oven to preheat.

“Can’t you just put some fire on the cookies? Heat them up a whole lot faster?” Conner asked, bored of the 2 minute wait he has had so far.

“Even if we could, we wouldn’t twerp.” Mary told him, going to check on the oven. “We all decided that we are gonna do this Muggle style this year. It’s fun doing it this way Conner, it’s how we’ve always done it!”

Conner pouted a bit more, but have in and talked with Tonks about what they hoped Santa brought them as they waited.

The timer on the oven had gone off and James put the cookies into the oven. “Alright kiddos, now we just wait for about 20 minutes and they should be done.

Both kids groaned at hearing they would have to wait more time, but went to the other room to play.

James and Mary went into the other room with Lily, Peter, and Jade to help wrap presents while they waited, and then headed back to the kitchen right as the timer went off. The kids had also ran in as it went off and waited by the counter to see them.

Mary pulled the two trays out of the oven and started putting most of them onto one big plate, and set the others on a different plate.

“Alright guys, now you can take the cookies and milk over there so Santa can have them when he comes!” Conner got excited and ran to put the cookies and milk on the small table by the tree, but Tonks looked confused.

She walked over anyway and James turned to Mary. “Santa? You and your

family do Father Christmas?”

Mary looked at him wide eyes. “Wait, you guys don’t?”

“Nope. I mean I know who he is, but I’ve never really celebrated with him. Not even as a child really. It’s always been my parents who got me presents. Honestly, I don’t see the point in making up a man who gives kids presents on Christmas.”

“Yeah because you’ve never actually read into his true symbolism and all that.” She sighed. “And plus the kids, we.. Conner loves it so just play along!” She said as she walked over to the kids.

James grabbed his phone and walked

over as well just as the other gathered o to the room.

Alright this chapter was a bit shorter and honestly not my best work, but the next chapter will be out in 1-2 hours! (Maybe less if my phone decides to cooperate with me for once XD)
