I put some with harry because why not?

I was called into the hall of my house, filled to the brim with excitement, I ran in, expecting the owl to Hogwarts. I went in an saw exactly what I expected. "Hello dear, would you like a pancake?" My mother asked. I said yes, naturally of course. But my mind was set on one simple matter, I was going to Hogwarts! finally, the stories I heard as a child were turning true. I had decided, from a young age that Gryffindor would be the house I would go to, 'Were Dwell The Brave Of Heart' as the sorting hat would say. My Father greeted my with a smile, I went to the table to have breakfast before we set off to Diagon Alley. I've been there many times of course, but for the first time, I could actually buy school things. The dining room was quite sizable, it could comfortably seat twelve. The ornate carvings on the table seemed happier, in the sunlight that streamed in.

Diagon Alley, the place where the wizards bought their supplies. I went there shaking with excitement for I could have my own wand! So, our first stop was Ollivanders, where the finest wand in Britain were made. The shopkeeper, quite an old man greeted me happily. He used his magic tape to get my measurements, and gave me a box to try out. "Elm wood, 12 inches, unbending." Mr. Ollivander said. It did nothing. Three wands down the line, I got the one that stuck with me for life. "Mahogany, 11'', Dragon Heartstring core, quite pliable." was what Ollivander told me. I took it, warmth flooded my arm, I lifted it and silver sparks flew from the end of the wand. It chose me, I chose it. I paid the sum of money and left. The next stop, Madam Malikin's Robes for All Occasions. I went in to see another boy there, my age, quite good looking I must say, his face was contorted in disgust, before he saw me and came towards. "Hello there, I am Sirius Black, although I would rather drop my surname." He introduced himself. I shook his hand, "James Potter, and I would very much like to keep mine."

He told me about his childhood, he was always the black sheep (I suppose he should be the white sheep if you get my meaning), he did not hate muggle-borns and muggles as the rest of his aristocratic family. I can't say I can relate, my childhood was filled with comfort, I couldn't bare to hear the misery a home like Sirius's could have. I also bought myself an owl too, Named it Pallas, after the muggle goddess Pallas Athena.

The Hogwarts express was amazing, Sirius and I found a carriage to ourselves, we met another person, Remus Lupin. We became fast friends in the talks we had together. Around noon, a ragged looking boy with greasy black hair ran in with a rather pretty girl, we paid them no notice until we started talking about our houses. We found their names fast, The boy was Severus Snape, and the Girl was Lily Evans.

This is from my own imagination, what do you think about it?

In the first book, Professor Snape meets Harry in his class for the first time. This scene plays out:

Powdered root of what to an infusion of what? Harry glanced at Ron, who looked as stumped as he was; Hermione’s hand had shot into the air.

“I don’t know, sir,” said Harry.

Snape’s lips curled into a sneer.

“Tut, tut — fame clearly isn’t everything.”

Some time ago I was quite shocked to find out there was a deeper meaning in the words, more specifically, the names of the ingredients Snape was using.

One of the many things J.K Rowling did well in her HP books was the use of subtle foreshadowing.

At that point in time when Snape first picked on Harry in class, Harry did not know anything about Snape and his mother; he did not know that he loved her very much, that he was completely heartbroken when she died and that he begged Dumbledore to protect Lily - and all these things readers learned at the end of the last book.

Harry thought Snape was just picking on him, but as I said there was a deeper meaning to his words.

Snape said:

What would I get if I added powdered root of asphodel to an infusion of wormwood?”

“Asphodel” is a flower, and not just any old flower, it is a member of the Lily family.

Many asphodels are popular garden plants, which grow in well-drained soils with abundant natural light. Now placed in the family Asphodelaceae, the genus was formerly included in the lily family (Liliaceae).

Harry’s mother’s name was Lily. Coincidence? No.

Asphodel also means my regrets follow you to the grave.

Now to “wormwood”.

Wormwood means something that is bitter, and it is often associated with regret or bitterness.

So, what can be made of that? He was just saying “bitter Lily”?

It is believed that that was Snape’s way of telling Harry that he was bitterly sorrowful and regretful of his mother's (Lily’s) untimely death.

She fell asleep under a Tree and wakes in the common room. Was it magic? Seems funny when you are really staying at a magical castle, more of home. It sure makes sense to her that those four aren’t so bad; though they have made her a daily topic of conversation

She couldn’t help admit that James had matured a lot. Or, he may had just shouted out when lily had produced a patronus and that beautiful white doe was Just moving around James.

Everything was good.. except two - snape and petunia.... and the only time she cried about it was.......-

She was in her last and final year at Hogwarts... she couldn’t even believe it that the boy whom she loathed the most was her boyfriend. . One day a letter came for lily. It that just a two lines..

She couldn’t help but those green eyes were filled in tears. She rushed out the great hall and ran towards the lake, her eyes still wet in tears. There he met him, (well, I guess you know whom ;). He said nothing, it just removed those tears for her eyes.
