Michael Gambon, who played Dumbledore in six of the eight Harry Potter films, has died at 82. He was one of my favorite actors and an absolute legend. Rest in peace Mr. Gambon. The world will miss your amazing talent.

He was the Dumbledore actor who brought out the serious side of Dumbledore, proving him a strong wizard. Truly RIP.

Did you know that Dubledore was played by two different actors? The first was Richard Harris, who died on October 25, 2002, of Hodgkin’s disease. So from the third movie onwards, Dumbledore was played by Michael Gambon. Did you notice the difference? Probably not, hair and makeup do a lot.
