So
I personally think that
Most Dragon Heartstring Wands would choose people like Death Eaters. People with dragon heartstring wands would be more attracted to darker sides. But of course there's Hermione, and somehow it matches her well. The Dragon Heartstring wand would therefore be attracted to loyal, hardworking, cunning people--Slytherpuffs.
The Unicorn Hair wand would be more attracted to kinder, more simple souls like Ron.
And t last we have the Phoenix Tail Feather wand, attracted to noble and brave people such as Harry. It seems to be into Gryffindors.
Now for the Houses.
Slytherin seems to be a bit of a stereotype. It shows mainly meaner people--admit it, Snape and Draco were both horrible to Harry.
Hufflepuff--I could go on forever. They weren't so portrayed, they were simply there, my friend and I even had an argument. She (also a Potterhead) proclaimed that Hufflepuff was the least important, and therefore the worst House. I argued that Hufflepuff had very fine people, traits, and etc. Hufflepuff is underrated, underrepresented, and they seem to make it look all naive and boring, and I don't appreciate that.
Ravenclaw seemed to be like the smart House, yet people in it did seem strange. What with Cho's emotional problems and Luna's strange imagination, they were altogether a strange House.
Gryffindor was made to look like the only House worth being in. JKR focused on them and mainly them--don't look at me like that, you know it's true. Bravery and chivalry, two of the best traits one can have, and she put it into the House she would focus completely on later on. I don't like that fact very much, but friends who are in Gryffindor, I mean no harm. Love you all. All Houses are equal.
