Puddlemere, Godrics Hollow, Hogsmede, Diagon Alley? What was it?

If I could change only 1 thing about the Harry Potter series, it would be that Harry's aunt Petunia was a magical witch and not a Muggle, who’d willingly take in Harry after Lord Voldemort murdered both his parents Lily and James Potter. Harry would at last have a loving family member he always deserved; Petunia would actually care for him exceptionally well and treat him as if he were her own birth child! Harry would at least have a mother figure should Sirius Black still be killed by Bellatrix Lestrange, thus leaving Harry without a father figure.

Also, MY story about Petunia is that she attended Hogwarts and would be sorted into Ravenclaw House and would be even more academically-talented than her sister Lily Potter, especially in Potions, but she would be very rule-abiding. For example, she also sends Harry a Howler regarding the theft of the Flying Ford Anglia, as Molly Weasley sent one to Ron. After her final year at Hogwarts, she lives a Muggle life still at 4 Privet Drive (but without Vernon Dursley since she would never have even met him, just her and Harry alone) as a best-selling author who writes stories to inspire future generations. She still fakes the story of his parents' death of them "dying in a car crash" and hides the truth that he Harry is indeed a wizard, until he receives the Hogwarts acceptance letter—but only to SPARE him a painful memory of his parents' murder. Petunia would also have fought in the Battle at the Department of Mysteries at the Ministry of Magic alongside the Order of the Phoenix members and the Battle of Hogwarts during the Second Wizarding War, constantly casting Shield Charms between the good and evil, and survive.

We've seen in the books and films that Wizardkind had learned how to Time Travel via the use of the infamous Time-Turners; most of these been limited to how far back one could travel and for how long they could stay in the past for, and with the majority of them getting destroyed during the events of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.

With this understanding of time travel, though, it's made me wonder about if Wizards would pick up on the use of Time Travel if it was discovered/used in the Muggle World.

This could be something purely limited to the Wizarding World universe (like scientists discovering how to Time Travel properly), or as a hypothetical crossover. An example of the latter could include when Doctor Who nearly had a Harry Potter crossover as a Christmas special.

Another example of the latter could be a crossover with the Terminator franchise - which had the Human Resistance in the future sending "protectors" back in time to defend John Connor and his mother Sarah from time-traveling Terminators, as well as trying to avert Judgement Day.

(Not gonna lie, Judgement Day would have certainly made the latter half of 1997 a lot more chaotic for both the Muggle and Wizarding Worlds if that happened as well).

However, if Time Travel was indeed invented and/or used in some capacity in the Muggle World, do you think the Wizarding World would take note and investigate/get involved?

Or, as is sometimes the case when it comes to Wizards and their knowledge/understanding of the Muggle World, do you think they would be partly/completely oblivious to it even happening?

It's kind of important for a post-Hogwarts fic. So, please, if you can.

My opinion is that there should be an anthology about the Weasley family since each member has their own perspective on some aspects of life. For example, in one episode, Arthur could be amazed at Muggle culture and understand how people could live without magic, or Bill could be a curse breaker escaping traps and securing a treasure for Gringotts.

Since the world is just as large as ours, there are an endless number of possibilities!
