Fred and Hedwig but they both deserved soooo much more of a death scene than they got. Hedwig (apart from Hagrid) was the first friend that Harry made in the wizarding world and Fred was a Weasley. Harry had given him his tri-wizard winnings and the Weasley twins had always cheered him up.
