Siriusly Potty Molly did that bc Bellatrix nearly murdered Ginny. I think Molly did it out of rage. She was so fed up with this war, killing people, ripping families apart. Fred had just died, her husband was almost killed by a snake, and Bill was attacked by werewolf. A WEREWOLF. So when she sees Death miss Ginny by an inch, she goes into beast mode. (Remember that Ginny is the only girl and her last child.) all the pent up rage and anger, just BOOM. MOLLY WEASLEY IS FED UP

Molly didn't murder bellatrix, she destroyed her. There's a difference. In Order of the Phoenix (book) there is a dialogue for this:

"You do not seek to kill me Dumbledore?" called Voldemort, his scarlet eyes narrowed over the top of the shield. "Above such brutality, are you?"

"We both know that there are other ways of destroying a man, Tom," Dumbledore said calmly, continuing to walk toward Voldemort as though he had not a fear in the world, as though nothing had happened to interrupt his stroll up the hall. "Merely taking your life would not satisfy me, I admit -"

Then in Deathly Hallows part 2 Molly performed a spell on bellatrix, (which I strongly suspect was the impediment jinx) and it made her freeze. After that she performed another spell that caused her to shatter into a million pieces.

Molly Weasley did not murder Bellatrix Lestrange. Molly Weasley DESTROYED her.

When I used to think about Voldemort's horcruxes I imagined a soul divided in equal portions residing in the different horcruxes and Voldemort himself. I realized this can't be true in the half blood prince slug horn describes making a horcrux as splitting one's soul in 2. This means that when riddle made his diary into a horcrux he split his soul in half and physically removed one half from his body and placed it in the diary. This means he only had half his soul left when he made his next horcrux, marvolo's ring. This half would have been split in half leaving only a quarter in Voldemort's body. This goes on and on the amount of soul remaining in Voldemort halving each time he makes a horcrux until he had only 1/128 or 0.78125% left in his body.

I like the movie Deathly Hallows Part 2 bc we see Snape's memories, and we also see Neville's Gryffindor showing, and also the protective enchantments were cool.

I like the book OOTP bc we get an exclusive look into the Ministry of Magic, and we get to make up revenge fantasies about Umbridge, and when that herd of centaurs carry her off, the joy inside of me was so huge. And we can't forget GRAWP!!! BEST GIANT EVER!!!!!
