Hey everyone. I haven't been here since ages and oh boy do I miss the old Harry Potter Fandom app. All these changes are freaking me out!
Anyways secrets of Dumbledore brought me back here. Just watched it and I was wondering what you guys think about it?
I felt that it was alright. It's the 3rd movie out of 5 and things still feel scattered. I mean with this one they just closed the credance barebone case which was the central idea of crimes of grindelwald. Albus VS Credance was better than Albus vs Grindelwald (in terms of action sequence). Albus vs grindelwald duel ending was lame. I don't buy that Grindelwald, the greatest threat to the Wizarding world ever, let go off Albus, the greatest threat to Grindelwald, just like that!
The timeline has been bugging me since the last movie, maybe its just me, idk. Earlier I believed this fantastic beast series will be showing the Albus, Abeforth, Grindelwald fight in which Ariana dies. But in secrets of Dumbledore, they established that Ariana is already dead and Albus said she was coming downstairs and some spell hit him. I vaguely remember from somewhere that a spell bounced from a rock and hit Ariana and the whole setting was on some beach or shore. I don't remember though. Anyways, we don't know what brought Grindelwald to an end and maybe we'll find in the last movie. Honestly at this rate, Voldermort seems like a bigger villan than Grindelwald which I know isn't true but I'm dying to see what Grindelwald is capable of.
