Although creativity IS one of Ravenclaw's most well-known attribute, people from other houses could be creative as well. It all depends on the person, honestly. If you're a Hufflepuff and you're creative, well, good for you. If you're a Ravenclaw and you /aren't/ creative, that's okay too. Just because a person has an ability or personality doesn't mean that they'll be put into the house known for that thing. Like Hermione, Peter Pettigrew, or Zacharias Smith.
