Hard to say really. We know Voldemort was certainly a powerful wizard but how much of that was because of the protection his followers and horcruxes gave him? We saw that Albus was definitely his match. And Grindewald has fought numerous Aurorals at the same time, not to mention both Dumbledores at the same time.

Depending on conditions, I’d say GG is likely a better dueller.

Albus might well win, but it would also depend on the circumstances. Like Albus with magic, there are certain subjects that Lex is simply smarter in. And, make no mistake, he didn’t get to be one of Superman’s greatest enemies by being outwitted easily.
