Umbridge is more relatable to daily school life teacher, and probably makes us grateful for having less annoying and abusive teachers than she is.

I used to adore him due to his cool dark image but after reading the books till the end, I think that growing up in those gloomy and cold environment doesn't give you an excuse to be a jerk.
