While salazar slytherin had his views, that doesn't reflect on all slytherins... say my family doesnt allow women to work, and this was my parents ideology, as in they founded it, (they dont believe this but as a hypothetical situation), does this automatically mean that I believe it too? no, it does not.
Besides, one cannot assume that slytherins used to be evil. Noone is truly evil, we are a mix of good and bad, thats what makes it so hard... Sure, a few slytherins made bad choices but we can't call them all evil. even during salazar's time...
Ok, I've been reading this section and I just wanted to say... Imo... Slytherins have been stereotyped as evil while we r just cunning and ambitious! There are many good slytherins but people fail to recognise them due to voldemort... I personally feel that no house is good nor bad but a bit of both...
