Yes Fudge is delusional and utterly stupid. But I specifically remember the scene where Dolores Umbridge performs or is going to perform the cruciatus Curse against badgers will remember her saying that she said fudge wouldn't mind if I did this for the ministry of 1 time so she went against such there and she's just generally crazy.
It depends what you feel you are. I wanted to be gryffindor but pottermore said I was hufflepuff. Then did random other test and got 50% gryffindor and 50% hufflepuff. But I went with hufflepuff because I think pottermore is the truest
